With its many fine Victorian and Edwardian properties Hammersmith and Fulham has always been a busy area for us and we deliver at least twice a week. We make all our coving deliveries using our own vans and drivers. Plaster coving is a delicate product and can be damaged if not handled with care, our drivers will carry the coving into your property and make sure it is stacked correctly so that it is in perfect condition when it comes to be fitted.

We make all our coving by hand using the same materials and techniques that were used in Victorian times and many of our designs date back to the Victorian period, A popular design in the area has been the swan neck profile, this distinctive cornice has been used in many renovations of Victorian and Edwardian houses and instantly transforms a room. LPC073 is a large swan neck and is suitable for larger rooms with higher ceilings, in terraced houses where the rooms are often smaller or for bedrooms MPC065 brings the same style in a smaller size. A plain spun ceiling rose such as LPR074 will finish off the room.

We keep large amounts of finished coving in stock and because we do not have to wait for coving to dry, we are able to deliver in a matter of days rather than weeks, many local tradesmen and builders are customers and we would always recommend using an experienced cornice fitter to install your cornice. Not only will you get a better quality finish, it should also be cheaper as they do not have any difficulties with walls that are not or straight and ceilings that are not level, to them it is just part of the job, which means they get a lot more coving fitted in a day and fitted to a higher standard.

We don't just make coving for older properties we have a complete range of styles and sizes from  The Georgian period to the present day and everything in between. The same cornice design can look completely different depending on how it is decorated and how the room is styled, on each of the individual product pages, there are pictures showing the cornice in real life settings installed and decorated, most of the these pictures have been sent in by our customers and are the best way to see how a particular cornice would actually look once it was installed in your home.
