Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

Because we operate our own vehicles and drivers, our routes are planned and updated on a daily basis.

For example, if we receive a large order for Aberdeen that takes up 90% of a van's capacity, we will dispatch it within 48 hours, along with any smaller orders for Aberdeen or locations en route. However, if we receive a number of smaller orders for the Aberdeen area over the course of a week or so, it typically takes around 10 working days to fill a van and make the delivery economically viable.

Because we cannot predict the exact distribution of orders by location ahead of time, the estimates provided below represent a reliable average. If you would like up-to-date, real-time information, please call us at 0333 043 1471, and we will gladly share our actual delivery schedule for the week.

Ceiling Roses

All small and medium ceiling roses are delivered in 1-3 working days. We will inform you in the unlikely event of any longer delay. Larger, more ornate and delicate ceiling roses can be delivered in the same time scale where possible but can take up to 7 working days if delivered using our own vehicles. This is to avoid damage to your rose.

Coving and Panel Mouldings

We are proud to deliver all of our coving using our own fleet of vans and drivers in order to prevent damage. We aim to dispatch all coving orders as rapidly as possible. Delivery times vary according to region:

  • For mainland UK please allow up seven working days.

  • Deliveries to some areas of the country like for example Devon & Cornwall, Dorset, Norfolk & Suffolk, Eastern Kent and parts of Wales are less frequent and can take up to 10 working days.

  • For deliveries to Scotland allow up to 10 working day, but please note we do not deliver coving to the Scottish Islands, postcodes PA20-78, DG6-9 or KA19 and KA26

  • We deliver the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland around once per month for an additional fee - this means you should allow 30 working days for delivery

Other Delivery Information

Delivery dates are given in good faith, but are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not deliver to suit specific fitting deadlines, it is in the customers best interest to plan the work once the goods have arrived with them. Time for delivery will not be accepted as the essence of the contract between us (PCR) and you the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful on two (2) separate occasions without prior notification from the customer advising that they will be unable to accept the delivery, an additional delivery charge may be applied to cover the cost of re-delivery.

We cannot pre book a specific day or time for your delivery

Please note that due to the complex nature of stacking coving on vans we cannot accept returns at the point of delivery. Returns should be organised separately by talking to Customer Services on 0333 043 1471.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. The day the order is placed and the day the order is delivered are not included in our working day estimates.
