Q. What are your delivery charges for plaster coving?
A. It depends on how much you are ordering - see our delivery page for details. Plaster Coving orders that total more than £750* can receive a 5% discount - enter code 750 during checkout to apply this discount. *only applies to plaster products. If you order £1500 of plaster products then using code 1500 will get you a 10% discount.
Q. Do you deliver plaster coving to London?
A. Yes we sell a lot of coving in Greater London and make deliveries there three times a week. There isn't a fixed day every week on which we do this, so please call 0161 524 0862 and we will be able to let you know when the next delivery date is.
Q. The coving must be very fragile, will it arrive safely?
A. We only use our own drivers to deliver coving, once we put it on the van it will not be moved again until it is delivered to you, there is nothing else on the van except plaster and the driver is experienced in loading and handling coving safely.
Q. But what if something still got broken?
A. This is very unlikely, but if it happened please send us some pictures and we will replace it - email@example.com
Q. Do you install Plaster Coving?, Can you install plaster coving in London?

Q. I am installing my plaster coving myself is there any type of adhesive you recommend?
A. When we install plaster coving we use Gyproc coving adhesive, this is available here. It is sold by the bag and it is much cheaper than tubes of adhesive.
Q. What is the best paint to use for plaster coving and when should I paint plaster coving?
A. We recommend painting your coving with two coats of matt emulsion the first coat should be diluted before painting the coving, do not paint your coving before fixing it to the wall.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. All orders are processed immediately and are typically scheduled for delivery within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase.
Q. I am not in during the day, can I give you an alternative delivery address?
A. Yes, in the checkout section you can add a note giving us an alternative address or a safe place in which the courier can leave your ceiling rose.
Q. How do you send Plaster Ceiling Roses safely?
A. We pack all our ceiling roses in many layers of cardboard with extra strengthening at the corners, and use DPD for deliveries who we have found to be the most reliable and careful delivery company. Tracking details will be issued upon purchase.
Q. What if my ceiling rose arrives damaged?
A. In the very unlikely event this happens please email some pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement.
Q. I want to pay by credit or debit card which option should I choose at the checkout?
A. Please take the PayPal or the Barclaycard option, you do not need to have a PayPal account or a Barclaycard, either method will securely process your card details and take your payment in the usual online way.
