This fine Victorian cornice features a central motif of acanthus leaves, with beading below. With a drop of 165mm, or just over 6 inches, it needs Victorian and Edwardian ceiling heights to look its best.

This is one of those cornices that can look good throughout the house, as can be seen from the pictures opposite. It can be used in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, in fact anywhere with sufficient ceiling height.

Most often used in the restoration of Victorian and Edwardian houses where the original cornice has been removed. It can also look good in more modern properties where customers wish to create a period atmosphere.

If you measure your plaster coving needs and order an exact amount, one wall could end up being finished in small off-cuts. To avoid this, we recommend you order 15% extra to ensure longer lengths are used wherever possible, as this will create a better finish. This coving comes in 2.4m lengths.
