This large three-step Art Deco Cornice has a drop and projection of 150mm. This means it extends down the wall approximately six inches and extends across the ceiling the same.
A cornice of this size requires ceilings of above average height to look in proportion. We have two smaller cornices of similar style. MPC055 has a drop of 120mm (or 5 inches) and is suitable for ceilings of average height. MPC028 has a drop of 100mm (or 4 inches) and is suitable for ceilings of average height or below.
A plain spun ceiling rose, such as LPR074 will look good with any of these stepped cornices.

We make all our plaster coving by hand. Each length is individually moulded using the same techniques and materials that were used in Victorian times.

If you measure your plaster coving needs and order an exact amount, one wall could end up being finished in small off-cuts. To avoid this, we recommend you order 15% extra to ensure longer lengths are used wherever possible, as this will create a better finish. This coving comes in 2.3m lengths.
Please remember, our coving is priced and ordered by the metre, not per length. Prices include VAT.
