Worsley: Plaster Coving, Cornice and Ceiling Roses
Enriched with Victorian and Edwardian architecture, Worsley is packed with historic properties that were mainly built to house local canal workers and later restored. Victorian homes defined by their elaborate decorative details and built during Queen Victoria's reign (1837-1901). All of these homes would have originally been finished with ornate plaster details such as plaster ceiling roses, coving and corbels. Where these features haven't managed to survive the many decades we have had the honour of supplying the materials for their regeneration.
For customers in the Worsley area, our warehouse is conveniently located off junction 28 of the M60 which is less than a 30 minute drive from Worsley, otherwise we can provide frequent deliveries throughout the week (Monday-Friday) using our own delivery vans and team of dedicated drivers who will ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Our plaster products are raw materials and need to be handled with care, our drivers will happily advise you on how to correctly store your order, Coving should be neatly stacked in the position it is intended to be installed and ceiling roses laid flat, free from traffic and away from walkways, this is particularly important on busy building sites.

We would always recommend using experienced fitters for installation, especially in historic homes where walls and ceilings tend to be uneven. Professional installation ensures you get the most out of your coving allowing them to last a life-time and adding further value to your property. We believe using a professional will also be more cost-effective, coving installation requires 50mm drywall screws, 1 per meter plus adhesive to achieve cemented placement and casting plaster to finish. This process will ensure your coving becomes a permanent fixture in your home
We have contacts for reliable and skilled coving fitters that cover the Worsley area, please contact our customer service team to discuss installation further, our team will be happy to assist you.
