Sale: Plaster Coving, Cornice and Ceiling Roses

Hosting many exceptional houses dating back to the Victorian and Edwardian periods, Sale has always been a busy area for us since our purpose began. Our Northern warehouse is located in Stockport, which is just off junction 28 of the M60, we are able to deliver to Sale and the surrounding areas at least three times a week. 

Due to the fragility of our plaster products, we hand deliver all of orders using our own vans and drivers to make sure the coving arrives in good condition, our drivers will also check it is handled carefully, and stacked safely, ready for when it comes to be used, this is especially important on busy building sites. Our drivers will also advise you on how to correctly store your new products, coving should be neatly stacked in the position that it is intended to be installed and ceiling roses should be stored laid flat.

We are also able to offer an instant collection service from our Northern warehouse which is open from 8am to 4pm Mondays to Fridays. It isn't necessary to place your order before visiting us as we warmly welcome visitors. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you in finding you the correct size or desired design. 

At Plaster Ceiling Roses we are proud to make all of our products by hand using the same materials and techniques that were used in Victorian times, each ceiling rose and each length of coving is individually moulded and carefully cast, the entire process from start to finish is done completely by hand. Thanks to our spacious workshops we are able to maintain large stocks of finished coving which allows us to deliver even the largest orders in a matter of days rather than weeks.

For older Victorian and Edwardian homes, our Swan Neck Plaster cornice is a favourite, it gets its name from the fact it elegantly extends further across the ceiling than it does down the wall. It is instantly recognisable.  LPC030 has the right proportions for the larger rooms and higher ceilings of many of the period houses Sale, for smaller rooms with lower ceilings MPC065 has the perfect profile and for smaller rooms such as boxed bedrooms or en-suites our SPC070 allows you to create a consistent finish throughout your home. Our Swan Neck Plaster Coving can be perfectly paired with a Plain Spun Plaster Ceiling Rose such as MPR073 or LPR076. For more modern properties MPC039 is an elegant cornice that effortlessly creates a sleek transition from wall to ceiling.

Samples of all our cornice are available to order via the individual product pages, where you will also find countless  pictures of our coving in real life settings, the majority of these photographs have been sent in by our customers and are the best way to get an impression of how a particular cornice will actually look in your own home. Samples only take a couple of days to arrive or they are available to collect instantly from our warehouse. 

We would always recommend you use experienced coving fitter to install your coving, as we believe this will save you both time and money. They will not have difficulty with walls that are not straight or ceilings that are uneven which is a common yet fixable issue in both new builds and period properties.
