We deliver plaster coving to Hale at least once a week, so there is never very long to wait after placing an order, we keep large amounts of finished coving in stock in our Stockport warehouse, allowing us to deliver in days rather than weeks, we do not have to wait for coving that has been made to order, to dry. If you would prefer, orders can be collected from the warehouse or you can place your order when you are at the warehouse and take it away with you.

All our coving and ceiling roses are still made by hand using materials and techniques that are unchanged since Victorian times, each is an individually hand made item 

Samples of all our coving can be bought off the individual product pages and only take a couple of days to arrive, or you can look at samples in the warehouse and then place your order, something many local customers prefer to do. The product pages have many photographs of our coving fitted and decorated in real life settings, most of these photographs have been sent in by our customers, and are the best way to get an accurate impression of how a particular design will actually look, when it is finished and fitted in your home.

We would always recommend you use an experienced fitter to install your coving, they are not only faster as they do not have any difficulties with uneven ceilings or walls that are not straight, usually they will  be cheaper as well, because they are faster and can fit more coving in a day, and what they do fit, is fitted to a higher standard. We have good contacts with local tradesmen and can make a recommendation if required.

With its mix of old and new houses several styles of coving are consistently chosen in Hale and Bowden, for the older properties a swan neck cornice is a favourite such as LPC017 a large elegant cornice ideal for the higher ceilings and bigger rooms of larger Victorian and Edwardian houses, on a smaller scale MPC065 brings the same style to rooms with lower ceilings, a plain spun ceiling roses such as MPR073 is a good choice to complete the room. For more contemporary houses a design such as LPC015 is a good choice, it is extremely stylish, is not tied to any period and looks good anywhere.
