Questions we get asked before people call
Can I visit to see products and purchase in person?
Yes. Visit our warehouse at Pama House, Stockport Rd East, Stockport SK6 2AA, where you can see products and purchase in person. Please telephone 0333 043 1471 in advance of your visit so that someone is available to help you.
Can I collect my order rather than have it delivered?
Collection from our warehouse at Pama House, Stockport Rd East, Stockport SK6 2AA can be arranged by prior appointment. Call 0333 043 1471 to check your items are in stock and to agree a time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Small and medium ceiling roses are usually delivered in 1 to 3 working days; larger, more ornate roses can take up to 7 working days because we move them on our own vehicles to avoid damage. For coving, allow up to 7 working days for mainland UK, and up to 10 working days for Scotland and for less frequently served areas such as Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Norfolk and Suffolk, eastern Kent and parts of Wales. Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver across mainland UK. Coving orders are a £65 flat rate. Ceiling roses are £9.85 each, capped at £49.25 for five or more. Coving samples are delivered free to mainland UK. We do not deliver coving to the Scottish Islands or to postcodes PA20 to PA78, DG6 to DG9, KA19 or KA26. The Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland are served around once a month for an additional fee, so allow 30 working days. See regional delivery areas and the towns we deliver to.
Can I order samples before I commit?
Yes. Our coving sample packs let you see and handle the profile at full size. These are delivered quickly via DPD.
Can you recommend a fitter?
We can recommend installers in many areas, particularly for larger volumes of work. Call 0333 043 1471 to discuss your project. If you are fitting it yourself, our fitting guides cover mitres, adhesive and finishing.
Can I pay by card over the phone?
Yes. Call 0333 043 1471 and we can take payment directly. Online, choose the PayPal or Barclaycard option at checkout; you do not need an account with either to pay by debit or credit card.
Do you supply coving in London and Manchester?
Yes. We deliver nation ally including into Greater London three times a week; see our London coving page. We are based in Stockport, so Manchester and Cheshire are served frequently. Call 0333 043 1471 to find out the next delivery date for your postcode.
