This striking Art Deco cornice will make a stunning impression wherever it's fitted. Extending 280 mm, or nearly 12 inches, across the ceiling It cannot be ignored.

As well as larger private houses, it is a popular cornice for hotels, indeed this cornice can be seen in some very nice hotels around the country.

We have a number of stepped Art Deco cornices which can be split into two categories. Those that extend further across the ceiling than they do down the wall, like this cornice, and those that extend further down the wall than they do across the ceiling.

In the same category as this cornice, we have MPC077, which extends 175mm across the wall or 7 inches.

The rest of our stepped art deco cornices extend further down the wall than they do across the ceiling, and in descending order of size.

All our plaster coving is made by hand. Each length is individually moulded using the same techniques and materials that were used in Victorian times. It is not possible to get the clean lines of a design like this in any other way than making it by hand.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I ORDER?

If you measure your plaster coving needs and order an exact amount, one wall could end up being finished in small off-cuts. To avoid this, we recommend you order 15% extra to ensure longer lengths are used wherever possible, as this will create a better finish. This coving comes in 2.3m lengths.

Please remember, our coving is priced and ordered by the metre, not per length. Prices include VAT.

If you live in an isolated area, deliveries will be less frequent than somewhere like the centre of London, where we have multiple vans every day.
