Sunflower Plaster Ceiling Rose 520mm dia. MPR006

With a diameter of 520 mm, or 20 inches, this ceiling rose is the ideal size for bedrooms and the smaller rooms of older Victorian and Edwardian properties, and for all but the largest rooms of most houses built since. We probably sell more ceiling roses of this size in various designs, than we do of any other size.

This finely detailed Sunflower design will brighten up any room, and, as can be seen from the pictures opposite, it looks great with a wide range of light fittings, in properties both old and new, whether decorated in a period or modern style. 

This has been consistently one of our most popular ceiling roses for many years, and is regularly chosen with a swan neck cornice, such as MPC065, which is complementary in both style and proportion.

We make every one of these Sunflower Design plaster ceiling roses by hand, using the same materials and techniques that were used in Victorian times. It would actually be impossible to capture the fine detail of the leaves in any other way than to mould them by hand.

We also have two larger versions of this design, LPR026 and LPR006, both 750 mm, which allow for the same design to be used in larger and smaller rooms within the same property.
