Yarm: Plaster Coving, Cornice and Ceiling Roses

All of our plaster coving and ceiling roses are hand made using traditional methods. Each length of coving and every ceiling rose is individually moulded, with the entire process carried out by hand from start to finish. We also keep large stocks of finished coving, which allows us to fulfil even substantial within days.

Many of the period properties in Yarm would originally have featured plaster coving and ceiling roses. While much of this detail still survives, some has been lost over time. Today, traditional features are back in demand, and we regularly supply coving for restoration projects across the area.

One of the most popular choices for period homes is swan neck cornice. This classic design extends further across the ceiling than down the wall, making it particularly well suited to the proportions of Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian rooms.

• MPC065 offers the same elegant profile for rooms with lower ceiling heights

• For lower ceilings, MPC046 provides a similar look in a more compact form
