Thanks to our Northern Warehouse we are able to deliver to Urmston at least twice a week, We have our own delivery vans and drivers who are specially trained to safely deliver our plaster products. Our drivers will check that the coving is handled correctly and neatly stacked in the position it is intended to be installed, our products are raw materials and although sturdy fragile edges and ornate detailing is at risk of being damaged, especially if left close to walkways on busy building sites. 

Our Warehouse is just over a 20 minute drive away from Urmston in Bredbury, if you would like to visit us and browse our collections please do so, we are open Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm, it is not necessary to place an order before visiting although we do recommend making an appointment, here we can also offer an instant collection service. 

At Plaster ceiling roses we are proud to craft all of our products by hand using the same material and traditional techniques that were used during the Victorian era, this allows us to achieve authentic detailing with a durable finish. Our cornice is moulded in 8 foot lengths (2.4 meters) each one, along with our ceiling roses is individually cast. The whole process from start to finish is meticulously done by hand. 

Urmston is home to many well preserved Victorian and Edwardian homes making it rich in character, characterized by terracotta brick work, corbelling and decorative detailing . From good sized semi detached homes to typical Victorian terraces where all of these homes would have originally been finished with architectural plaster features such as coving and ceiling roses. Originally these pieces were designed to be permanent fixtures in the property made to last decades, however where they have not, we have had the honour of providing the materials to reinstate timeless appeal to many of these homes in Urmston.

We would always suggest you use an experience coving fitter to fit your cornice and ceiling roses, we believe this will save you time and money and also achieve lasting results. Experienced fitters will not have the same problems you may experience, such as uneven walls and ceilings, non-right angle corners or more ornate patterned cornice.
