This classic Victorian Coving was made to match the existing plaster cornice in a large Victorian house in Oxford, It is a classic Victorian profile extending further across the ceiling, 13 inches, than it extends down the wall, 6 1/2 inches.
This is a very large plaster cornice , one of the largest we produce, and is suitable for the very high ceilings and large rooms of the grandest of period properties. This cornice has been used in the refurbishment of some very nice Victorian and Edwardian properties where it looks absolutely stunning.
We use our own vans and drivers to deliver our plaster cornice, to make sure it arrives in good condition, which is especially important with a cornice like this, which is fragile because of its sheer size.
A Plain Spun Ceiling Rose will go very well with any swan neck cornice, LPR076 is the largest we produce, with a diameter of one metre.

We make all our plaster cornice by hand, using the same materials and techniques that were used in Victorian times.

If you measure your plaster coving needs and order an exact amount, one wall could end up being finished in small off-cuts. To avoid this, we recommend you order 15% extra to ensure longer lengths are used wherever possible, as this will create a better finish. This coving comes in 2.3m lengths.
